Oven Baked Chicken
Oven Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut into serving pieces, 1 stack ritz crackers, crushed fine and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Seasoning is not necessary, as crumbs are tasty.
Remove skin from chicken parts; rinse chicken and dry.
Melt margarine in large baking dish.
Dip chicken in margarine, then in crushed cracker crumbs, then back in margarine and back in crumbs again.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, depending on size of chicken.
Cover with foil for approximately the first 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove foil for final minutes of baking.
This will allow the crumb crust to brown lightly.
