Oven Baked Beef Stew
Oven Baked Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. potatoes, sliced, 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1 tsp. vegetable oil and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom gravy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place 1/2 sliced potatoes in bottom of large baking dish. Brown meat, a few pieces at a time, with onion in oil in a large skillet.
Place meat and onion over potatoes in baking dish.
Top with remaining sliced potatoes. Combine gravy, onion soup mix and water in a small bowl.
Pour over meat and potatoes. Cover. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Stir in frozen peas. Continue baking for 15 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
