Oven Bag Rabbit
Oven Bag Rabbit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet and 1/2 c. dry red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Shake flour, salt and pepper in 10 x 16-inch oven cooking bag and place in 2-inch deep roasting pan.
Add rabbit pieces and shake to coat meat. Spread out rabbit pieces in bottom of the bag. Add onion, celery and butter; combine with wine and Kitchen Bouquet before adding to bag.
Secure bag with tie and make 6 half-inch slits in the top of the bag.
Bake one hour or until tender.
Serves 3 or 4.
