Oven Apple Butter
Oven Apple Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 qt. applesauce, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. allspice, 3 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash apples; cut out bad spots but do not peel or remove seeds. This adds flavor and color.
Cut in quarters and cook until very soft.
Run through sieve to make applesauce.
