Crush Ritz crackers fine.
Mix with sugar and butter.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pudding with milk and ice cream. Pour over cracker crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle Heath bars that are chopped fine.
Refrigerate.
Can be prepared a day in advance.
This may also be prepared in 2 pie plates.
Serves 12. Easy, rich, gooey and yummy!
