Our Favorite Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 russet potatoes, 1 small onion, 3 tbsp. margarine, seasoned salt and black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place thinly sliced (peeled or not) potatoes in casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Skin onion and slice.
Place onion ringlets on top of potatoes.
Slice margarine into about 8 pats and arrange over potatoes and onion.
Sprinkle generously with pepper and seasoned salt.
