Orzo Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) pkg. orzo, cooked, 2 c. chunk pineapple, drained, 2 c. mandarin oranges, drained, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain fruit and boil juice with sugar and egg.
Pour over cooked orzo noodles.
Let stand overnight.
Next day, add fruit and Cool Whip.
Very good.
