Original French Potatoes

Potatoes.
Boil in salted water for 3 minutes and drain. Mix onion, flour, olive oil, parsley, nutmeg and lemon rind.
Add potatoes mix until potatoes are well coated. Place in a buttered baking dish.
Drizzle more oil on top, if desired.
Bake at 450Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned and tender.
