Oriental Turkey Salad
Oriental Turkey Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed turkey meat, 1 head clean, dry romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces, 2 large red peppers, cut into bite size pieces, 1 basket crunchy bean sprouts and 1/3 c. dark sesame oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine the turkey with the vegetables in a salad bowl.
Mix the oil, soy sauce and vinegar in a cruet until well blended.
Toss with the turkey mixture.
