Oriental Scallops
Oriental Scallops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 scallions, cut in 1-inch pieces, 2 tsp. margarine, 1 lb. scallops, 1 tsp. grated orange rind and 1 tbsp. grated ginger root, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place onions and margarine in a 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 2 minutes or until margarine is melted.
Stir in scallops, orange rind, ginger root, teriyaki sauce and pepper.
Cover with plastic or wax paper.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes or until scallops are opaque.
Remove scallops and onions with slotted spoon, reserving liquid.
