Oriental Salad
Oriental Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage, 1/2 c. shredded carrots, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 3 green onions, chopped and 1/2 can (1/4 c.) water chestnuts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cabbage, carrots, pepper, onions, water chestnuts and pineapple.
In a small bowl mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix into vegetables.
Marinate several hours.
Add chow mein noodles just before serving.
