Oriental Salad
Oriental Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head chinese cabbage (nappa or savory), 5 green onions, chopped, 1/2 c. oleo, 2 pkg. ramen noodles (do not use flavored) and 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut cabbage lengthwise and crosswise (slice thin).
Add onions and chill.
Brown noodles in oleo.
Add sunflower seeds and almonds.
Saute until light brown; drain on paper towel.
I do this ahead of time and store in plastic container.
