Combine soup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder.
In 3-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Spoon soup mixture over chicken.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Sift sauce; serve with rice if desired. (Skin can be removed from chicken before baking.)
