Oriental Casserole
Oriental Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 medium onions, 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cans milk (use soup can to measure) and 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown hamburger and onion.
Mix soup, milk and cheese; heat enough to melt cheese.
Cook noodles for 4 minutes.
Drain.
Add cooked meat and onion to noodles.
Put mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Pour soup, milk and cheese mixture over meat/noodles.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle chow mein noodles and nuts on top.
Continue baking for 10 minutes.
