Oreo Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 oreo cookie pie shells, 1/2 gal. ice cream, 1 pkg. oreo cookies and chocolate syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Set out ice cream 15 minutes before making pies.
Crumble 1/2 of Oreo cookies and stir into softened ice cream.
Spread mixture into pie shells.
Crumble remaining cookies and sprinkle on top. Swirl chocolate syrup over cookies.
Refreeze before serving.
