Oreo Cookie Freeze
Oreo Cookie Freeze is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 28 oreo cookies, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream, 1 c. sugar and 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Crush Oreos and mix with margarine.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.
Soften ice cream and spread on top of crust. Re-freeze.
Mix sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, chocolate and margarine.
Boil 1 minute.
Pour over ice cream and re-freeze.
Mix Cool Whip with nuts and spread over chocolate. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
