Oreo Cookie Dessert
Oreo Cookie Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) pkg. oreo cookies, 1 stick butter, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 large (9 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop Oreos into crumbs.
Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs to put on top.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip.
Spread this over crumbs and chill for 20 minutes. Prepare pudding mixture, using 2 1/4 cups milk.
Spread over the mixture and chill.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over this and sprinkle the rest of crumbs on top.
Store in the refrigerator.
