Oreo Cookie Cake
Oreo Cookie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. oleo and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients, except cookies, for 2 minutes.
Add coarsely chopped cookies to mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes on rack. Frost with Cool Whip.
Garnish with cookies (as you wish).
