Oregon Apple Pie
Oregon Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 6 oz. melted butter and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Place apple slices evenly in lightly greased 10-inch pie plate.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on apples; set aside.
For topping, combine cooled melted butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour in bowl.
Add eggs to mixture; blend well.
Spread topping evenly over apples.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until apples are soft and topping is lightly brown.
If desired, sprinkle baked pie with powdered sugar and chopped pecans.
