Oregon Apple Pie
Oregon Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 small or 4 large apples, peeled and sliced, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 c. flour (all-purpose) and 8 oz. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place apples in bottom of pie pan.
Sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar.
Place flour in a large bowl; mix with melted butter, eggs and pecans.
Pour over apples.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Can also check with a toothpick (insert toothpick into center of pie and remove; it if comes out clean, it's done).
Let pie cool.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
