Oranges in Liqueur
Oranges In Liqueur is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oranges, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. orange liqueur and 1 c. walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil the zest from one orange (zest is the peel without the bitter white portion) for 5 minutes.
Drain and dry.
Melt butter. Add sugar and liqueur.
When sugar is dissolved, add the orange zest and the juice.
Simmer until medium thickness.
Peel and slice remaining oranges 1/3-inch thick.
Place overlapped oranges on a serving platter.
Sprinkle walnuts over top.
Pour sauce over the orange slices and serve.
