Orange Yogurt Loaf
Orange Yogurt Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2/3 c. margarine, melted and cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a mixing bowl, stir dry ingredients together.
In small bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, orange rind and orange juice; blend thoroughly.
Beat in dry ingredients alternately with yogurt until blended.
Pour batter into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
