Orange Slice Cookies

Mix the first four ingredients with 1/4 cup flour.
Cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together 1 3/4 cups flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Fold in candy mixture by hand.
Drop on cookie sheet with teaspoon.
Bake at 325Β°.
