Orange Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. orange jell-o, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1 qt. cold milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water, add lemon juice and cool to room temperature; stir in milk.
Freeze to a hard slush.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Return to freezer; stir several times as sherbet freezes.
