Orange Rice Cream
Orange Rice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked regular white rice, 6 oranges, 4 to 6 tbsp. granulated sugar, 2 c. heavy whipping cream and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Make early in day, or one hour before serving.
Cook rice as label directs; refrigerate.
Peel orange, cut into sections; reserve 10 sections for decoration; cut rest in half and sprinkle with sugar; refrigerate.
Just before serving, whip cream stiff and add vanilla.
Fold in rice and halved orange sections (if very juicy, drain off some juice).
Arrange in serving dish; decorate with 10 orange sections and chocolate pieces.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
