Orange-Pumpkin Cake Squares is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream the shortening.
Gradually add the sugar, beating well. Add pumpkin, eggs and orange juice; mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Stir into pumpkin mixture.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
