Orange Pork Chops

In electric frying pan, on medium-high heat, brown pork chops in oil on both sides.
To drippings, add onions; cook until brown. Return chops to pan; stir in sherry, soy sauce and marmalade. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover; cook for 30 minutes.
Remove cover; increase heat to medium and cook until liquids are evaporated.
