Orange Pineapple Zucchini Marmalade
Orange Pineapple Zucchini Marmalade is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. grated zucchini, 5 c. sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello and 2 tbsp. orange peel or mccormick's, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil everything, except jello and peel, together for 15 minutes to a rolling boil, stirring often.
Add jello and orange peel last.
Put into sterile jars and seal.
Makes 9 (1/2 pint) jars.
Can use other fruit, such as berries or peaches (match jello).
