Orange-Pineapple Salad
Orange-Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 1/3 to 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 2 c. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple; reserve liquid.
To pineapple liquid, add water to equal 3 cups liquid.
Heat to boiling; dissolve jello in liquid.
Cool until slightly set.
Add pineapple and nuts; stir well.
Combine cream cheese (softened to room temperature) and whipped topping.
Add to gelatin mixture; stir until well blended and smooth.
Chill until set, at least 3 to 4 hours.
(I always make this up the night before and chill it overnight.)
