Orange Pineapple Salad
Orange Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. orange jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, unthawed, 1 small can mandarin orange sections, drained and 1 small can crushed pineapple (in its own juice), not drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve jello in boiling water; add orange juice and 1/4 can of water.
Mix well.
To this add drained mandarin orange sections and the pineapple.
Place in mold or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Set until firm and serve with Cool Whip (which can be diluted with orange juice or pineapple juice).
Or serve on lettuce with a dab of mayo.
