Orange Muffins
Orange Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with juice and rind of 2 oranges, juice of 2 lemons, 2 1/2 c. sugar and 1 box yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix orange juice and rind, lemon juice and sugar.
Set; stand in refrigerator overnight.
Make cake batter; pour in mini-muffin tins and bake.
While hot, dip in juice mixture and drain on wire rack.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Freezes well.
