Orange Marmalade
Orange Marmalade is an easy dinner. Made with 4 thick skinned oranges, 1 lemon, 3 pints cold water and granulated sugar as needed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice oranges and lemon very thin and remove only the seeds. To each pound of sliced fruit add 3 pints of cold water.
Let stand in a cool place for 24 hours, then boil until skins are tender. Set aside for 24 hours.
Weigh.
To each pound of mixture, add 1 1/2 pounds granulated sugar and boil until it jells.
Skins are transparent.
