Orange Jello Salad
Orange Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes orange jello, 3 c. apricot nectar, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat half of nectar to boiling.
Dissolve jello in nectar. Add rest of nectar.
Chill until partially set.
Add drained pineapple.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan alternating with banana slices.
Chill until firm.
Mix miniature marshmallows, cream cheese and milk.
Let set in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
Add Cool Whip to marshmallow and cream cheese mixture.
Put on top of jello.
Chill.
