Orange-Honey Cake
Orange-Honey Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted), 1 c. honey, 1 c. strong black coffee, 4 eggs and 2 tbsp. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine concentrate, honey and coffee.
Beat eggs until light; add oil and sugar gradually.
Beat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg mixture alternately with orange mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
Cool, remove from pans.
Makes 2 loaf cakes.
Best if let set for 2 days before serving.
