Orange-Graham Pie
Orange-Graham Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts, 1 well beaten egg, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and 1 pkg. orange jello (3 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prepare the 2 graham cracker crusts.
Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring: egg, sugar and pineapple juice. Add and stir in until dissolved orange jello.
Chill until syrupy (quicker to use freezer).
Whip until stiff and thick the evaporated milk (best to chill milk, bowl and beaters).
Fold in jello mixture.
Pour into graham crusts.
Chill until firm.
Slice and serve.
