Orange-Ginger Custard
Orange-Ginger Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium eggs, beaten, 1/2 heaping cup sugar, 1 c. whipping cream, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine eggs, sugar, heavy cream, softened butter and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Butter 6 (5 ounce) baking cups and break small pieces of candied ginger into bottom of each cup.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Divide orange sections and place on top each cup. Place cups into a pan filled with enough cool water to come up an inch from the top of the cups.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350Β°. Remove and cool.
Refrigerate until served.
