Orange Gelatin Salad
Orange Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box orange gelatin, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve jello in hot water then mix in cold water.
Add pecans, pineapple and bananas.
Chill until set.
Cook sugar, pineapple juice, eggs (slightly beaten) and cream cheese over low heat until thick.
Beat with electric mixer.
Let cool and spread on top of jello mixture.
Top with Cool Whip.
