Mix first 6 ingredients at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Combine powdered sugar and milk; drizzle over cake. Decorate with sprinkles.
