Orange-Cranberry Sauce
Orange-Cranberry Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. fresh orange juice, 1/2 c. water, 3 c. fresh cranberries, rinsed and stemmed and 2 tbsp. cognac, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, orange juice and water in a large saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add berries and cook until popped, 5 to 7 minutes. Mash some of the berries with the back of the spoon. Remove from heat.
Cool 5 minutes.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Cool completely.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
