Orange Congealed Salad(Serves 8) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1 c. hot water, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; then add cold water.
Set aside.
Cook pineapple and sugar in saucepan until sugar dissolves.
Add to gelatin mixture and mix well.
Refrigerate for one hour.
After one hour, add whipped topping and cheese.
Pour into lightly greased gelatin mold.
Refrigerate until set. Unmold, cut and serve.
