Orange Congealed Salad
Orange Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) boxes orange jello, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 can mandarin orange slices, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain pineapple and orange slices, saving juices.
Measure juices and add enough water to make 2 cups.
Heat to boiling.
Put jello into large mixing bowl and pour hot juice mixture over it, stirring until well dissolved.
Add cream cheese and beat until mixture is smooth.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Add pineapple, orange slices, grapes and marshmallows.
Pour into mold or serving dish and chill until firm.
