Orange-Coconut Balls
Orange-Coconut Balls is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with small can orange juice concentrate, (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed, box powdered sugar, c. chopped pecans, not too finely chopped and margarine, melted but not hot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crush wafers and add powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Add softened orange juice, melted butter and nutmeats.
Mix well.
Using hands, shape into balls (use a teaspoon partially filled).
Roll in Angel Flake coconut.
Place on waxed paper until finished.
Store in airtight containers in cool place.
