Orange Chiffon
Orange Chiffon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. orange gelatin (sugar-free), 3/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. cold water, 8 oz. fat-free cool whip topping, thawed and 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix gelatin and hot water until dissolved.
Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until it starts to thicken to a jello consistency. Fold in oranges and pineapple, then fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
Pour into four cup molds or serving bowls.
Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
