Orange Chicken with Rice
Orange Chicken With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. orange juice and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cut chicken into strips and add to oil.
Cook and stir 3 minutes.
Drain.
Reduce heat to medium.
Stir in combined mayonnaise, juice and sugar. Add rice and green pepper which has been cut into strips; bring to boil.
Remove from heat.
Add oranges and pineapple.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
