Orange Cake
Orange Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 beaten egg, peel of 1 orange, ground, 3/4 c. sour milk and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together butter, sugar, egg and orange peel.
Mix baking soda into sour milk.
Add flour and sour milk alternately to creamed mixture, ending with flour.
Mix in nuts and raisins. Pour into 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
While cake is hot, pour glaze over.
