Orange Buttermilk Salad
Orange Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 small pkg. orange jello, 2 c. buttermilk, 8 oz. carton cool whip, thawed and 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large pan, bring pineapple to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in jello.
Cool to room temperature and stir in buttermilk.
Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
Pour into 8-cup mold.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
