Orange Buttermilk Salad
Orange Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed and 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large saucepan, bring pineapple and syrup to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Jell-O.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in buttermilk.
Fold in whipped topping and pecans.
Pour into an 8 cup mold.
