Orange Buttermilk Salad
Orange Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and 1 c. chopped nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add jello and stir to dissolve.
Add buttermilk and mix well.
Cool slightly.
Fold in whipped topping and nuts.
Chill until mixture mounds.
Pour into 8 1/2-cup lightly-oiled mold or pour into an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
Refrigerate.
Makes 12 servings.
