Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad
Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavor jello, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large saucepan, bring pineapple and syrup to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in buttermilk; fold in whipped topping and pecans.
Pour into 8-cup molds.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Serves 6 to 8.
