Orange Butterhorn Rolls

Heat milk, butter and salt until butter melts.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, mixing well.
Add sugar and yeast.
Stir in flour.
Knead dough until shiny.
Place in a warm place to rise until doubled.
Divide into 2 equal parts.
Roll out like a pizza. Spread half of the orange rind and sugar over "pizza".
Cut into 24 slices.
Roll up each "slice" beginning at the wide end.
Place on a baking sheet.
Allow to rise until double.
Bake at 375Β° until lightly browned.
Very good hot with butter.
Freezes well.
